Majik Sweep Chimney LLC

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! Not only did it take several calls over 2 days just to get a returned call, when the service tech (COMPANY OWNER) finally did show up he acted as though i was a nuisance for having contracted him for the 20 min he was here. To top it off, its now a month later and MY CHIMNEY IS CLOGGED AGAIN!!! 3 days of calls, unreturned. After researching different methods for cleaning, its clear to me why this company has ZERO interest in doing their job the proper way or keeping their customers happy and safe. Learned my lesson with this joke of a business and will make sure that EVERYONE i know NEVER use them.
