Dawson Mechanical Contracting

Never quite had good luck with plumbers before I found Dawson. He's got a small shop but it meticulous and always calls back (a pet peeve of mine for years).



Came in and recommended a replacement water heater. Gave me a price that was just a little above the cheapest one I had gotten proposals for (had about 6 quotes given).



Whenever I called him with a question, he repsonded with a call back.



Installed the water heater and had to vent out the wall (hi-efficiency unit). When the flame snesor started shutting the unit off he immediately got in touch with the manufacturer and had a rep in my home the next day. Turned out it was a 2 minute job to fix the sensor as it had been disconencted in shipment



His crew was curteous and SUPER CLEAN - everything was put back in its place and the floor was cleaned up to the pont that if it were not for a brand new water heater standing there, you would not know they had been there.



I think I've finally found someone I can rely on.



I'm so convinced about his integrity and workmanship I will be happy to discuss with anyone who is considering a new plumbing company
