We had an issue with a raccoon (and newborn babies) in our attic. Laurie in the office was very helpful and informative. Pete, the tech, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate for the animals. They do it use high pressure sales techniques, but keep your budget in mind. Pete did a great job and was very professional!

I was upset when I received a home inspection report for my house that I am selling. We had a closing date one week out and a termite treatment was required. I frantically called On The Spot Pest Control because I saw a few roaches in my kitchen. They quickly put my mind at ease that they could take care of my issue. They promptly sent over a technician who took care of my roach issue. The price for the roach treatment was very good and so were the prices for the monthly services so I decided to go with them. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend them! Great local business!

I called about an urgent mice problem. I spoke with Laurie on the phone and she was very professional. She even got me an appointment for that same day! The technician arrived right on time and was very quick and knowledgable. I found On the Spot Pest Control through their bid on Thumbtack. The office staff that I scheduled my appointment with was very knowledgable, but the technician they sent out to do the work wasn't able to answer all my questions and I was uncertain of the safety or the effectiveness of the product they were using. When I spoke again to the office, they were able to answer all of my questions, but I do wish they had techs that knew more about their products and services. They charged less than another company I contacted and offered to remove the $75 fee for the inspection if I chose them to do the service, so I was happy with the price and haven't spotted any wasps or new hives since they came to treat the lawn.

They come on time and do an excellent job.

Peter Listo was excellent. We had a squirrel problem in our attic and he came to set the trap and caught the squirrel. He cam back to take the squirrel miles away from our house. Then, he gave us everything we needed to find the hole where he was coming in! No problems since!! Thank you!!! :)
