        Get every thing in writing,Jim...

        Get every thing in writing,Jim told me they would strip my car to bare metal,didn't happen,he said prime base coat and three coats of clear, didn't happen, he said they would remove fenders didn't happen,when i picked up the car there was over spray all over engine and chassie, it was wet sanded and not cleaned so slurry was everywhere, paint is chiping do to one clear coat.nice guys but i was really disappointed that he didn't do what he said he would.you must get ever detail in writing.I can't recommend this guy to paint classic cars,he might want to stick to insurance work.

        I wish that you would have contacted me with your concerns. If the car was not painted correctly I would have most certainly tried to make things right. I know the car you are referring to. The employee that was responsible for the work done to your vehicle has since been terminated due to work quality. We stand behind our work and with over 20 years of classic car restoration we have a lot of experience with older cars. I can assure you that I can provide you with many happy customer names and contact information to back up our quality of work. I'm very sorry to hear that you were not pleased with the vehicle. But please in the future give the shop a call and at least give them the opportunity to talk about the problems you may have. Have a great day and once again I'm very sorry you did not like the car.         What a shop ! I wrecked my ca...

        What a shop ! I wrecked my car and all heck broke loose ! These guys took care of it from the tow to the rental car to the repair. Jim is the BEST ! All I can say is go there now !!!! You will be treated like family
