I was very unhappy for Dr.Mills service, he never pick up the phone or get back. I tried to reach him for more than 3 days and finally have to send my friend. Worst service I have ever had.

Also, he don't know the biotrue contacts which is manufactured by Bausch & Lomb.

I was very happy with Dr. Mills service, but his office personal are another matter. Dr. Mills found freckles on my left eye and now I am waiting on his return call concerning this matter. We relocated and my new Ophthalmology has requested my records/pictures and we can not get a return call. I am not sure who is to blame for this matter, because maybe he is not receiving the message.

Fantastic ability and service!

Have been going to Dr. Mills for a long time. He is the only one that was able to fit me with contacts where one was for distance and one for reading. He is great, had an eye infection and he got me right in and checked me gave me a prescription for it. Had me come back and rechecked the infection. He had it cleared up in no time. Takes the time with his patients. I refer everybody that I know to him.

I asked to get a prescription for contacts with reader glasses. He forced me into trying the stupid contacts where one is for reading and the other is for distances. Well I absolutely hated them. He scratched my eye while he put them in and then when I called for a prescription he did get me in to check my eye. He tried to blame me for scratching my eye when I didn't have a problem removing them but he sure did when forcing them in my eye. Never did get used to them. Called several times to come back in for what I really wanted to be out off for weeks before them deciding to call me back. I finally decided to go elsewhere. Total waist of my time.
