I bought high end carpet from here. I was promised a 7 year warranty on wear on my new carpet by the sales man. In year two the carpet starting wearing and the owner came to my house and said that I should have been using rugs in the door ways and I had to have the carpets professionally cleaned. When I jumped through all the loop holes for the warranty, he refused to replace the carpet, saying that because I didn't have the carpet professionally cleaned with the first year or two that the warranty was void. Beware of warranties from this place! They are no good! I was never given a copy of the warranty when I bought the carpet.
