RV City

I purchased a Wolf Pack 315 Pack 12 through RV City. We lost our Toy Hauler to a tornado last month. We owned it for 13 months then mother nature took it from us. It was a wolf pack 335 pack 13, just a little bigger than the pack 12. We decided what we wanted and went back to the dealership where we purchased the one we lost. They told us they would take care of us and cut us a deal. I got a sticker shock and looked on line found them cheaper at other places. Through our searches RV City popped up. They were showing a price at the lower end of all the ones on line. My wife called and talked to Paul and asked what the out the door price was. He quoted an even lower price than listed on the web page. The price difference was almost $15,000.00 between RV City and the dealer whom we have bought 2 new trailers from and was going to take care of us. I thought they was going to take care of in a kind way, i guess i was wrong. When my wife told me the out the door price i wanted to see it. You know the saying about to good to be true. We live near OKC I drove 300 miles one way to check it out. Yes it is brand new, no damage ready to load up and go to the lake. They had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and back home I went. Excuse my statement but they are a ma and pa type operation not a franchise, they get to set their prices not some cooperation. My step daughter lost her trailer in the same tornado and she looked on line and said they are $10,000.00 cheaper than anyone around here. So when she is ready guess where she will be purchasing from them as well. I hope i never have to buy another trailer but if i do i know i will be dealing with RV City again. Before you purchase a trailer look at RV City and talk to them. Thanks RV City for making this a very easy and saving me some serious cash. Terry

we had been searching for RVs and looked on the internet and finally got in touch with this dealer and they are very friendly and family oriented, they go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I am very happy with my RV and service they have provided, I recommend this dealer 100%.

I have waited for several days to write my review because I wanted to cool off first. After our family purchasing two brand new campers from RV City in Benton and Against my better judgement due to past service experience with this business, we reluctantly took our camper to them to have an awning replaced. Once again, (and for the last time), they held up to my expectations of providing terrible customer service!! The employees are extremely rude. (With the exception of one. Melanie.) They do not follow as promised. This experience is too long to recount in one review. Save yourself the frustration and drive to Little Rock to Crain RV or anywhere else for that matter
