Withers, 29, of the 500 block of Gateshead South with two felony counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child. Withers' bond was set at $85,000 Thursday at the Rolling Meadows courthouse, police said. His next court date is June 10. If convicted, Withers could face a possible sentence of between six and 30 years imprisonment.
