        Extremely helpful, very generous with knowledge!

        I called Ron today and spoke with him about a repair my refrigerator needs. Basically I told him I was shopping around. I described the problem and he helped assure me that the problem and cost associated with fixing the problem was correct. Though I did not choose Ron to do the repair this time (because I have had the other servicer work on this problem once before to diagnose it), I will be calling him for all other appliance repairs in the future. He was so considerate and helpful, and I appreciate his help tremendously!

        I have used Pinewood Appliance since the early 80's. They have always provided excellent service. Stewart and now Ron have always been happy to search for parts and give advice on repairs. They have done a number of repairs for me with good results. I highly recommend Pinewood Appliance Repair.
