They cancelled on me the day before my move because their truck broke down. It's now 4 weeks later and I still have not received a refund for my deposit. CROOKS!

I moved 2 weeks ago to FL by Moving USA and I have to say that I was very happy with the service from A to Z. The sale rep " David White" have gave me all the information I needed for the move and helped me set the move. The movers crew were very professional and worked very fast. The delivery took exactly 7 days to arrive and I will sure use them again for any moving needs.

The total estimate was $1700 but the price went high on my move date because I had some more items that were not included in the estimate and I had also some packing needs so I totally understand the $400 extra that they were charging me

The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is only for I was trying to contact the main office during weekend and was not able so when I emailed David White, He immediately respond and reply to my emails

I cannot say enough good things. Moving USA was referred to me by my sister and they more than lived up to the high praises my sister gave them.

I used them for an interstate move from MD to NH and truly, cannot explain how professional, fast, careful, punctual and nice these guys were.

They handled a very tough wrapping or moving with lots of patience and a long drive with ease and I didn't have to move a finger.

Their sales guy always answered the phones leading up to the move was helpful and responsive, and just got it done! None of my very valuable items were damaged or marked or even the slightest ding. I cannot recommend these wonderful guys enough.

I have moved to Myrtle Beach, SC from Baltimore, MD with Moving USA LLC movers. It was an experience to remember.

I’m not that type of a person who comments a lot. But this time I really had to because they took so much extra care with my move.

They packed the whole house in no time, loaded everything effortlessly and moved to Myrtle Beach within the given time and made sure nothing was broken, damaged or missing.

The morning of the move was very emotional for me, after so many years in Baltimore – it was hard to leave! But these wonderful guys were very understanding and sympathetic.

The cost was very suitable too. That is what I call real movers.

This company is horrible. The truck supposedly broke dowm and had to call over 35 times and hardly got an answer sandra was good until you cam no longer get a hold of her and natalie was horrible who should find another job they charged us 10x more when they got there and gave us a delivery date only to be told they had 14 more days from the original delivery date to show up then our truck broke down and then it was hell they picked our stuff up on july 18th and its not aug 6th and its still not there they constantly advoid calls and make up excuses needless to say if I dont recive my stuff my tomorrow afternoon when mike the dispatch manager said I would then ill be calling the cops and filing a report natalie is seriously useless never again would I use them please find someone else moving usa llc is horrible

The office staff will lie to you. The original estimate will not be valid. These people do not care for your things. When I was looking for movers to take care of my move to CA, I came to know about MOVING USA LLC from my friend. I was quite curious to try them and know if they really perform that much good or not. So I called them and talked with the sales rep about the move. I told him my requirements and then he offered me a deal based on my requirements. The quote seemed to an attractive one. But I was waiting to see their movers performing during my move. Their movers actually performed like magicians. The way they were lifting and moving the heavy furniture was simply amazing to see. They were focused and they worked their heart out. I never saw such great commitment. Finally they were able to provide me a picture perfect move within the schedule and within my budget. I do admit that they are one of the finest in business and that eventually justified my friend's recommendation. These movers deserve every bit of praise.

Moving USA Services was an EXCELLENT choice! They helped me on very short notice and the movers were a dream! Friendly, courteous, FAST and helpful! If I could give Moving USA llc 10 stars, I would!!! The best moving experience ever. The crew were careful and professional. Nothing broken, damaged, or scratched. Their rates were really reasonable! I would recommend this moving company in a heartbeat!!

The moving clerk confirmed by email there were no additional fees unless the load was greater than the space size quoted. Upon arrival, if I didn't hand the driver a CASH PAYMENT as demanded, he would not deliver the load. The pickup drivers did not arrive by 3:00 p.m. as scheduled but arrived at 1:30 a.m. the next day instead causing problems with the landlord. The moving quote was $976.52. All items were boxed in boxes purchased prior to their arrival. This company holds you up for additional charges if you want your stuff!

I have not heard from the claims clerk this week. The amount of space used in the move was 58.8 cubic feet: 17 (3cf) boxes is 51 cubic feet; Keyboard 2.6 cubic feet; TV 2.5 CF; Tiki Torches .5 CF; and a coffee table 2.0 CF. The amount should have been 272.49 with 46.50 fuel surcharge for a total of $318.99. I paid $195 on credit card, $520 on credit card and $520 in cash at delivery for a total of $1235.00.

I am due a refund of $916.01 since you quoted $976.52 for 50 (3CF) boxes, items and up to 200 CF. No boxes or packing materials were supplied by your company.

I moved two weeks ago hiring services of Moving USA LLC on recommendation of a close friend as I was new in the area and did not had much acquaintance about people and surrounding so I decided to give them a call and finalize booking with them, The entire team was good . I booked them for a Monday morning arrival between 9 and 10, and they got there just in mid 9.30 am They worked quickly and were friendly and professional in their behaviour. I had an unreasonable amount of stuff crammed into one of my rooms ,and they got it all moved into a two bedroom and were done on time.

Moving USA LLC came out to be a decent pack of movers. My wife and I have been serving as lecturers in college tutors had to temporary relocate to a new city for exchange programe and were a given a 2 bedroom apt. Actually our company arranged these movers who got the job done in less than 6 hours actually estimate time was 7 hours. They sent a crew of 4 guys who were all very nice and diligent with their duty and in handling our stuff. These definitely deserve business so I would recommend them to everyone looking forward to move.

We booked services of Moving USA LLC on a recommendation of my brother and we called the sales dept of this company who provided us the best information to us in a detail oriented manner as I came out impressed and we decided to go ahead and book them up. The guys just moved us – it was a two truck mega move. They worked insanely hard, were polite and came under budget,. Our move included a storage unit and full apartment and they had no issue with it nor with anything else.. I found the crew had a good mix of efficiency –the leader among the movers kept us entertained. Overall it was a good experience.

I was looking all over the web to find a good moving company that would move my stuff without any drama. A coworker recommended Moving USA LLC. The scheduling was so easy and they explained all the options, easily to us The movers showed up on time and even called 15 minute ahead that they are on their way. They were friendly and hard working. Everything was packed safely and arrived without damage. They even pointed out a small dent that they left on my grandfatherclock and offered to touch it up the very next day which they did diligently well.

I was so stressed during this move because of all the fragile items I own, and so I'm fortunate to have hired Moving USA LLC. The stress literally melted away when they arrived at my home. The movers assured me that all my things would be treated like gold. And they truly were. The movers were so careful with my glass items and fragile antiques. When they delivered my things there was no damage to anything.I urge anyone who has antiques or very fragile items to use Moving USA LLC

This company is the best. They've provided moving services for me twice in the last two years. Both times: professional; right on time; dependable; polite; careful; patient. I could give more adjectives but suffice to say, use them and they will make your move as stress free as is possible with a move. Tim did the scheduling -incredibly prompt in responding to questions and concerns. Adam and and Scott did the moving - never took a break and never complained about the heavy case pieces and furniture. Wrapped things in moving blankets and shrink wrap - no damage to anything.
