A bad experience from the beginning. Called him to come fix heat and came a few days later. after several trips out and about a week passed, he said it was "fixed". The bill came to around $500, which was twice the estimate. He was given $300 the day of, with the rest to be given in 3 days. within 24 hours of him leaving, the heat had gone back out. I called him to get him to come back out and fix it, and he refused stating he needed the rest of the bill paid and anymore work would have to be paid for upfront. I refused since the problem was never fixed like he had said it was. A few days later, I came home and he had removed the control board which he had installed while no one was home.

This man is a criminal. He committed theft, trespassed, and destruction of property.
