Cargo World Furniture

I purchased a "Sealy" memory foam mattress set from Cargo World in Belton, MO on 5/18/15. What I was delivered was a King Koil box spring and a Chicago Mattress Company memory foam matress. I called the store to complain and get my Sealy delivered and the man told me that what I purchased was the floor model, unto which I said you told me I was purchasing a Sealy, and he said well the Chicago is a WAY better mattress, than the Sealy. When the set was delivered, the box spring that was wrapped in plastic was filthy underneath the plastic and I expressed my concern and said I was not happy with this and the delivery man asked if I had soap and a washcloth and he would wipe the dirt off. What a totally crappy company. Will not ever do business with again. SHADY to say the least.
