horrible customer service, they took a check for payment for a porta potty and then lost the check so asked for another form of payment, we gave them cash and then 9 months later without any warning they cashed my 95$ check! when we called to discuss this the "book keeper"/ "part owner" was totally irrational and did not even apologize for the confusion or inconvenience. on top of that she refused to reimburse us the 95$ and proceeded to yell and blame us for the mistake! we will not be going thru this company again for any services. what ever happened to the old fashion saying "the customer is always right" ? well, not here, the customer is always wrong and apparently dishonest and no mistake could be theirs! be aware, do not give cash for anything and hold onto your reciepts for more then 12 months!
