Flooring
Kitchens offer a lot of exciting opportunities for efficiency and green building! We offer water filtration systems, green flooring and countertop materials, Energy Star appliances, and more efficient lighting standard for all kitchens that we build, and we do all this without sacrificing quality or beauty.
Framing
As with all of our custom home construction projects, this house incorporates advanced framing, Zip System sheathing, and whole-house water and air filtration. These features are standard in our custom home projects.

New Construction
All of these features are standard in our new home construction projects, and are part of the excellent quality you can expect from one of our custom houses.
Demolition
The “Waterfall House” is a big project, involving a near-total demolition of the old home structure, and strengthening of the foundation, before renovations and construction of a new, modern home could begin. The new architecture looks somehow both structured and graceful, perched above a picturesque waterfall.

Decks
We also added big, beautiful new wood decks to the back and side yard, improving this family’s access to the outdoor spaces where they live. Ready access to outdoor spaces improves both physical and mental health, and creating ready access to the outdoors makes that easier! The new custom decks for this home feature both open and shaded spaces. Shading against walls also helps moderate indoor temperature swings in warm summer weather.
Porches
We can add on brand new decks and porches to your existing home, or design and build them with your new custom dream home! We can handle large outside spaces for entertaining, and cozy little intimate spaces for a morning coffee on a beautiful spring day.

Insulation
This comfortable, spacious, 3-story custom home is fully appointed with the latest in sustainable technologies, including: whole house water and air filtration to make this living space clean and healthy for the residents, solar power to reduce or eliminate reliance on fossil fuels, hydronic radiant heating for added energy efficiency, and (BIB) blown in batt insulation, to keep the heat inside in cool weather and outside in hot weather. The house includes passive solar design to reduce energy use and make sure the home is as comfortable as possible.
