Aroma Pizza N' Grill

Horrible experience. The person taking the order could not understand me. It took me 10 mins just to specify an order for a small pepperoni pizza, large cheese burger sub, and a large chicken parm sub. I waited an hour and 32 mins for delivery and called them 4 times - each call I was told 10 more minutes. I finally cancelled the order with no apology or offer to discount the food. There are way to many other good pizza places in the area to have to go through an experience like this!

I've never had a problem! I order here all the time. The food always comes exactly how I ordered. Staff is always friendly and the place is very clean :)

Awesome food, great service every time! We get delivery from Aroma pretty often and have never had a problem! Love them!

I ordered 2 large pizzas from Aroma and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get delivered to my house. After an hour I called to cancel the order and the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and told me I could not cancel the order. Furthermore the pizza was ice cold by the time it arrived. In todays economy customer service should be number one and that is definitely not the case with Aroma. I highly recommend that no one should order pizza from this establishment especially with all the other choices that are available.
