Shirley has been receptive to suggestions about how
to make the board's working relationship with more
effective. Improvements have been made to the length of our board meetings, as well as how we communicate and make decisions between meetings. It shows that she is self-aware and values our feedback. Highly recommend.

Our Manager's contributions to the overall effectiveness of our homeowners association and in particular to the Board are highly valued. I don't know how she juggles everything and still manages to remember the details. She maintains a fair and equitable approach in dealing with individual homeowner's issues. We have benefited from her breadth of experience in problem-solving with various service providers because she is well-respected by those individuals. The response time is much shorter than if we had to trouble shoot for ourselves.

Can I rate 0 stars? Morris Management has been failing to provide quality service for years. As a couple examples, my renter had water enter her condo which damaged property inside and out. MM did not correctly repair the problem according to my contractors, and water damage is expected to occur again causing mold, damage, and health issues inside the unit. MM informed me that to repair the unit correctly would be too expensive. MM not only failed to correctly repair the damage, but also refused to reimburse me my costs for fixing the damage inside the unit that was caused by them.



Furthermore, I keep on receiving notices from them that they don't have a rental contract for my tenants. This is patently false, as they receive a contract (that auto renews on a 12 month basis per their requirement) and I have to call to explain this to them every time they see fit to send another letter. Perhaps they are losing their records? This has gone on for years.

I attend the monthly meetings at a Home Owners Association that Morris Management presides over. Leah, the liaison for Morris is such a wonderful asset to our Board. I very much look forward to meeting with her every month. She comes prepared and well-versed in the topics that need to be addressed in our community. We would be lost without her!

I am very impressed by how quickly Morris Management was able to get involved in all small and big issues related to our community. I have lived in the same residence for 5 years and can see a big shift when the community switched to Morris. They are on top of everything, very proactive, energetic, and multi-tasking. They are problem solvers and patient with tenant’s requests. The way they communicate with me confirms that they are on the ball of managing their tenants and property owners.

Beth from Morris Management is great! She does a good job anticipating what issues we may encounter. She has extensive knowledge of what has and hasn’t worked in other communities, and she knows a lot about the contractors that are available. She helps us untangle the complexities of the legal issues surrounding the units where people walk away. She treats homeowners with respect – even when they are impolite to her – and that keeps them happy. I’m very grateful for all she has done for me.

I appreciate the fact that our manager is able to attend training and earn professional certifications in Property Management. She has a lot of experience, has developed resource lists and contacts and I believe the properties she manages profit from that experience and knowledge. What she does for me and my property is truly appreciated.
