        Compassionate and patient!

        I noticed my dog had an ear infection on Friday night. I called them on Saturday at 11 am and they got us right in. My dog is very nervous and Dr Aaron Truax was very patient with my dog and compassionate. His staff was also very courteous and professional. I will definately utilize their services from here on out for both of our dogs for routine exams, etc. I was skeptical due to the first review I seen, as it was a poor review, however I cannot imagine that it could have been Dr Aaron Truax, as they must have had someone different.

        Do not take your animal to them!

        Look there are better pet animals to take to. I will not recommend others, but I will NOT recommend this one!

        Facility & Staff Review:

        The facility has always been clean and the grounds well kept.The staff is wonderful! They are so helpful, understanding and courteous. There has never been a long wait for us to be seen.The doctor for our pet is: Amy Grant - she is the best vet I have ever had. She not only cares for my pet but also for me. She understands the hardships of medical care for our family, and has offered some very cost effective suggestions and options. She also has an excellent "bed-side manner" for a doctor.I highly recommend this hospital to anyone who needs care for their pet/family member.
