        THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL! IF THERE WERE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD GIVE THEM. I HAVE HAD ISSUES THE WHOLE YEAR I HAVE HAD BATES. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE RUDEST WOMAN I'VE EVER SPOKE TO. MELISSA WAS HER NAME. COME TO FIND OUT SHE IS THE OWNERS DAUGHTER. SHE WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I CANCELLED MY SERVICES WITH HER AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME.
        AFTER DOING RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY I FOUND LOTS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PERSON. FIRE HER IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU!!!

        Great company with a great service. On time and professional. The technician that came out to my home politely answered all my questions and treated my problem while he was there. I would refer anyone who needs service to Bates Exterminating!
