I like this place everything is brand new. Mattresses are not reconstructed everything is handmade. I purchase a mattress for a very good price. I did not find anything bad about this place very good service when I went. Recommend!

The staff is rude and looking to make a sale. I bought a matress 14 months ago and it now has a large 7 inch tear at the seam. Isacc's Matress claims to offer a 15-20 year warranty on their product. This is false advertisement. I did not have a receipt. I only had my bank statement at proof of purchase. I tried to get a copy of the receipt from the store and they said they could not provide it. They said it was my responsibility alone to keep the receipt. When I purchased the matress I was not told that the receipt was my warranty and that without it my warranty is null and void. I warn you not to buy from this company. You may be saving some money but will be receiving a cheap product and terrible customer service.
