Caribe Tax Service & Plus

I used their service almost over a year ago when I wanted to renew my Cuban passport. I sent them a money order for the amount they charge ($440.00) on February 11 2009. I haven't heard a word from them even when I called almost every week to find out the whereabouts my passport. there was very few occasions when they answered the phone, and when they did their answer was "they didn't know nothing about my passport process delay and there's nothing they can do at this point"; all I could do was wait. It's going to be already a year!

Today January 29th 2010 I called and I have to leave a message because they wouldn't pick up the phone.
