We replaced all the doors in our home new doors from this company and have been very pleased. Definitely recommend.

When I bought my first house my front door quickly started to fade in one spot. I was told this was actually delamination by the salesman who said he would replace it. It came back and a short time later it started fading again, they came back left me with a temporary door as they did the first time, This was right before the second winter i had the house, the door came back with a very visible scratch under the polyurethane. I called right away, (I wasnt there when it was reinstalled), and was told they would fix it whenever I wanted, since it was getting cold i decided to wait until spring. Big mistake, door started to delaminate in the exact same spot and the original salesman no longer worked there. New salesman took 5 phone calls to get him to stop be and look at it, at least 5 more phone calls before he said he would replace the door like they actually said they would, another 5 to get him to tell me it was there, and then he wouldnt answer my calls to schedule a day to do it. Finally started talking to the owner who told me that his salesmen, (both) didnt have the authority to replace the door and that the would refinish it. Said he would stop by and take a look at it, this was 6 months ago and i'm still waiting. By the way, every door in my neighborhood was supplied by them and they all look terrible. Good luck with this shady company's poor quality and dishonest business practices.
