AF&T Auto Parts & Salvage

So in July I called these guys to pick up my vehicle and scrap it down. They claimed they would pick up my vehicle at the end of the weeks, July 11-15. Well that never happened. Then July 22 a tow truck from AF&T called me stated my car wasn't there... Then after hunting my vehicle down I tried again, to have them pick up my vehicle again and scrap it down, you would think a business would want to keep in touch of their customers and ensure they do it right the first time!!! Now after making multiple calls and constant run around, because each mechanic can't seem to stay communicated with each other. This Company has sent me over to my limit of unprofessional and tack. Now I am waiting for "Ralph" to get me a dollar value to scrap my vehicle, was suppose to get a call at the end of the day on 08/05/2016. Nope no follow-up nor concern from these AMATEURS!!!! I hope they are force to close down!!!!!

I went there to buy a tail light. I bought it cash up front, and then came back a week later to get it, and they had forgotten to order it. I went back a week later, and their company supposedly didn't order it. Then I went back a third time and they had it. Each time that I went into the shop they didn't acknowledge my presence in the shop, it would be 10 minutes before they would help me. They used profane language in front of their customers, and acted like they didn't need my business. I would not go here.
