Gorilla Handyman

We bought a condo in Poulsbo that was, at best, "outdated". Initially thinking we would buy new kitchen cabinets, counter tops and flooring, though we had more on our list. We only had 4 weeks to get the work done before moving in. The "big box" stores quoted a 12-16 week time-frame which would not even come close to meeting our schedule. Jan came over, surveyed the area and put together a remodel plan that would meet our needs and time-frame. The next day, he started the demo. Within the month, he went above and beyond meeting our expectations: new lighting, outlets and switches (up to code and "design"), a new hot water heater (the one we got with the condo was 18 years old), new cabinets in a redesigned kitchen (yes, he re-routed all plumbing and wiring!), all new interior doors, framing and trim, new flooring, all new appliances set up (dishwasher, disposal, ice maker plumbing, venting for dryer and microwave, etc.), sun screens and flooring on our balcony. In short, he transformed a very dated condo into a new home that we love, it's awesome - far beyond any expectations!
