I have called Pipe Dreams for over 4 years to be my support for an odd make furnace. They have always been fast & dependable. This time I called due to my furnace producing cool air instead of the heat. He was there right away. They informed me that a new purchased furnace filter was the cause of it not allowing air flow & overheating - only needed another type of filter. But he also noticed my water heater was leaking and had been for a while. A week later I have a new water heater that was an installation nightmare that he did without a complaint. Nick did an outstanding job and did not charge me for the furnace call since I used him for the water heater. I highly recommend his service. He is pleasant & professional - a good guy to work with.
