Stark's Vacuums-Beaverton

Bought a Carpet cleaner on Amazon and it stopped working the first day. I stopped by Starks just for fun and asked them to look at it. I was out the door in 10 minutes, fixed with Zero cost. That's customer service in my book!! Al B

I have been a long time believer in Stark's. It was a place I could walk into and feel like I was getting the best treatment from honest people and an honest company. My latest experience has been fairly disappointing. I was told that to examine my vacuum that it would cost upwards of $80 and that it would take 4 days to fix. I go in today, the 5th business day they have had my vacuum and they inform me that it won't be fixed till the following Tuesday. I let the clerk know that wasn't what I was told, that I was told it should have been fixed yesterday. Too bad if we to have company over this holiday weekend, instead I was told that I need to wait for a phone call and that maybe it will be fixed by Tuesday. Stark's, you've really disappointed me. You've wasted my time and are costing about a third of the cost of a new vacuum. I hope the old Stark's mentality can come back and that customers are treated better moving forward.
