When you call “Girt” we will schedule a date and time to walk through the property with you to better understand your cleaning requirements. We will also discuss the type of cleaning package which works best for you. On our first visit we will do an initial cleaning. First cleanings are generally more difficult and take longer than a routine, or "maintenance" cleaning. After the initial visit we will work with you to create a regular cleaning schedule that is convenient for you. If the below Cleaning Packages do not meet your Cleaning Requirements “Girt” is willing to work with you to establish a Cleaning Package just for you. “Girt” also offers hourly cleaning rates as well as one-time cleaning services.">

Extra Small Office Clean $98/month 1 to 6 employees. 2 days per week Small Office Clean $175/month 7 to 15 employees. 2 days per week Medium Office Clean $275/month 16 to 30 employees. 3 days per week Large Office Clean $695/month 31 to 50 employees. 4 days per week

Amenities

GENERAL Vacuum/Mop floor, clean sliding glass doors, tidy rooms. Dust all furnishings and decorative items, dust ceiling fans, dust window blinds, dust windowsills and baseboards, clean light switch plates, Clean Windows and empty trash. KITCHEN Clean & sanitize all countertops, clean & sanitize sink and faucets, clean outside of all appliances. Sanitize and clean inside of microwave, clean cabinet exteriors, sanitize and clean table and chairs, dust baseboards, and mop and vacuum floor. BATHROOM(s) Sanitize and clean countertops, sink and faucets, sanitize and clean shower/tub, sanitize and clean toilet, clean and shine mirrors and chrome, vacuum/mop and sanitize floor, dust light fixtures, dust baseboards, clean cabinet exteriors, and spot clean walls.
