The Cutting Edge

I had an appointment at 4:00. No one was there, but still I sat until 4:30 before I was seen by a "stylist". I asked for a men's haircut and my wife wanted me to get hilights. The woman just globbed stuff on my head in no specific pattern, which ended up bleaching my hair in a polka-dot pattern. Then instead of giving me a normal haircut, she cut it as if I were going into the military. Because my hair had the bleached spots, which seemed to be mostly in the front of my head, and my hair was so short, it looked as if I had bald spots all over my head. I tipped the lady just so I wouldn't have to talk to her anymore and then proceeded to buy hair dye after my wife had a good chuckle over my "hilights". I paid $43 for a men's haircut with hilights, and then $20 to fix my new 'do myself.
