Professionalism is NOT guaranteed

To start service was good and pricing is fair, but as time went on it gradually went down hill. The "Pool boy" would schedule weekly appointments to clean, and simply not show up, nor bother to call to reschedule. When brought to his attention he would apologize & turn around and do the same thing a few weeks later. I believe if you are paying for a service, you should get quality service... and if by chance a situation arises where a appointment can NOT be kept, the technician should have enough respect and professionalism for other people's time to CALL and reschedule, instead of leaving people to wait & wonder. When you have a business such as a cleaning service... keeping REGULARLY scheduled appointments is IMPORTANT... failure to do so, results in being FIRED. I will gladly pay more for a professional to service our pool from here on out. Save your money ,time, and frustration.... and use a professional.

Exceptional Is An Understatement

There is a plethera of businesses out there who claim to do work that is high quality AND affordable. By the time I visited poolboypro.com, I was in the trance that happens to everyone when they are tired of reading page after page of the same boring .... STUFF, I will say.



At first, it seemed generally what I expected, but as I read on, what stood out to me was the amount of focus that The Pool Boy puts on honesty. That was the initial draw for me to contact them. I've been cheated by mechanics and servicemen too mahy times in life!



Finally, it appears that there IS someone who is willinhg to stand by their words. I will definitely keep them as my regular pool cleaners. I suggest that anyone else who wants fair treatment to call them too.



I really thought about it, but I can't find anything negatively critical to say about him.



These are my overall scores(out of 10):



Product Knowledge - 10.0 (Definitely knows his stuff)

Physical Service - 9.5 (He's young and has a lot to learn, but he still does a smashing job)

Communication - 10.0 (Very kind and conversational; He lets me know anytime something special needs to be done)

Price - 9.5 (he asked not to give out EXACTLY what i pay him, since he says it differs from location to location, but I will say that it's easily affordable for me)
