Glen's Paint & Body

The repairs took a week longer than I was told and each day they gave me another excuse. When I finally showed up to get my truck whether complete or not, they had forgot to put the pin-stripping on and had to rush to do that. The quality of the paint was very poor. There are multiple runs in the clear, marks in the paint where something hit it before each coat dried, and lots of contamination in the clear. I'm amazed Geico let it pass their quality check. I'd take it back to get it fixed but there is no way I'm letting these people touch my truck again. Geico handled my claim very, very well but Glen's was just terrible. Very disappointed in it all.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Took Them 5 Weeks To Fix My Car Bumper & Trunk ! They Lied About It Being Ready Everytime We Called. NOT Trustworthy

Only reason this gettin a star is so i can make this post on YP page and they require to have one .Never take your car to these people I'm having to get a lawyer involved for them to fix my husband's brand new car the right way because they took insurance money then did not do the repairs accordingly they messed up my husband's car and they're not willing to fix it if you want to throw money away by all means bring it to them but they are a worthless Body Shop they do not even need to be called a collision repair center they should be called a Scam collision Repair shop.

Worst experience with a body shop EVER! I had to make every phone call to check on the repairs of my truck. My truck was involved in a collision with a utility pole which caused the left front tire to lock up. When I asked if the truck would be aligned, they stated they would "drive it down the road and see if it needed aligned." What kind of repair shop works this way? I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone I know! Do NOT have your repairs done here! I now have a vibration in the front end and the truck veers to the right when I let go of the wheel. When I called to inform them of this, they said it would probably be tomorrow before they got back with me. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
