I had a terrible experience with this business. I can't rate zero because the system does not allow it. There is no way I will give a second chance to earn my business after all the hassle of going to the store three times, being lied and ignored twice for just a simple throttle body gasket. My impression is that these people are just another clueless parts counter salespersons selling performance parts. If you want the right parts, better customer service at a reasonable price, do yourself a favor and order your parts online.

Brought my truck here to troubleshoot a programmer issue. Apparently young guy Jeremy knows nothing whatsoever about programmers besides installing them, but he was happy to take my $100 bucks for "looking" at the programmer to try to diagnose the problem. Within 5 minutes of watching him I could tell he was clueless. After he made the problem seem to go away, it came back the next day. All he could say was he didn't know what to do. I commented that I was pretty much screwed then, he replied alright and hung up the phone. Fastest I've ever lost $100 bucks in my life. Should've went to the casino instead. Be very careful when doing business here. They know how to install programmers, but that's about as far as the knowledge concerning programmers go.
