Dr. Scott Conroy & Associates

The doctor and assistants are wonderful although the office staff and people in the front are very rude and disrespectful, whether in person or on the phone. They give the place a bad name which is a shame because Dr. Conroy is really great.

Only give them one because I have to give them some thing. Rude useless and cheats. They will screw you. Beware!

Called at 5:56 p.m. and the telephone was answered by a staff member. I asked if they accepted my insurance and she said they did. I wanted to make an appointment and was told to call back in the morning as they were getting ready to walk out the door. Not great customer service. Will look elsewhere.

i had an allergic reaction to eye drops script for conjuctivitis...pink eye....and my eye was swollen shut. My current eye dr was booked up and going to the ER was the last resort... i knew this place you could walk in before 3. although i was there for 3 1/2 hours... it was well worth it. yes its very over crowed and a bit disorganized (i think that mostly to maybe high turn around i was here like 4 years ago and the ladies didnt seem to know where or how and even who... same thing this time) BUT if you have an eye emergency and unable to get to your norm eye dr this is the place to go. also... i opt out not to get eye insurance this year so with visit... dilation...twice..plus three more diff drops... the visit was only 70 bucks... I dont recomend this place as your primary eye dr....if your wanting to squeeze in an appt on your lunch break... this is not the place.. but if your having an eye emergency i highly recommend... oh i wanted to mention about the eye mart thats next door... take your script and go somewhere else... same thing... extremely busy... theres ton of diff places to go to get better and nicer frames...

so five stars only b/c i had an eye emergency and was taken care of the same day... so all good in my book

I will never go back to Eye Mart ever again. I went in for eye exam for eye glasses and they are wanting to charge my insurance for contact fitting fee. Needless to say I've been very stressed about not being able to get eye glasses now. They are very disrespectful to me when I went in and on the phone trying to work with them. So unless I pay them for the contact fee I will not be able to get my prescription glasses. I made it clear to the dr. that I can not wear contacts bc of meds and my eyes dry out too quickly. I'd rather wear glasses. I have turned this business into the BBB.
