If I could give a negative star I would. After purchasing a refrigorator the store manager refused to delivery because it was a non working. Tried to get a refund and the sales associate said she couldn't give a refund. Finally get a new refrigerator but they can't deliver it because at 3 pm all of the delivery drivers have gone home. We are told to pick up the refridgerator by 10pm. We arrived at 9:10 and waited 50 minutes on someone to bring it to the loading dock. Where they then sat it in the bed of the truck and walked off. In those 50 minutes of waiting we saw several employees take smoke breaks and outside just hanging around. Also saw 4 delivery trucks pull up, even though they were suppose to all be gone for the day. On the sign is says that the employees are to help secure the load, the 2 guys neither one offered to help. Saw us trying to get get it secure for over 20 minutes, 2 employees played football and others sat around smoking. I would not purchase anything from this company. Sales associates trying to sell broken items, not willing to give a refund, and the warehouse employees spending more time on smoke breaks/ sitting around talking than helping people.
