The owners are very very involved and do most of the work. The support staff is very accommodating however there is one of the so called division managers who works 2 days a week and has no business collecting a paycheck. Worked with him for 4 useless months. My career suffered because of him and his inability to work with others especially those of superior intelligence. Nothing worse than having to dumb yourself down to the level of a so called superior. Hey he's been at it for a long time so his best days are clearly long gone, time to move on part timer
