AWFUL!!!!!

Was going on a cruise. Dropped dresses off on Sept 8. She told me they would be done Sept 13. When to pick it up and it was never touched. She told me to come back later that day and both my dresses were uneven. When I complained about it she yelled at me and told me I probably never wanted to pay for them... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!!

Let me just say, never use Sara's alterations by auto zone. They are horrible with customer service-- straight up rude. And they've had muly husbands uniforms since the 14th! I told her we needed them ASAP. I called every day this week and they were not done. I called at 9 am this morning, and she said she was starting on them. So I go in at 4 to pick them up as they are sitting on the table NOT EVEN TOUCHED. She then told me they would be done at 5, so I came back and they were still not done because she said, "you didn't tell me they needed hash marks"-- uh i dont know what you are talking about I gave you a piece of paper with everything that needs to be done on it. She keeps saying they'll be done before I close which is at 6. I told her I need them tonight. So obviously I just called, to see if I could come picked them up. And she proceeded to tell me "you been comin in all day and keep calling, it's no wonder they aren't getting done" she starts yelling about how I need to stop calling so she can work. This is the 2nd time I have called. I told her she would not be getting our business again, and she said "you think I care? I don't even care if I get his uniforms done I ain't military. If you go another will come". ---- if I could give it 0 stars I would.
