Palm Beach Tan

The employees are very rude, they dont greet u when u walk-in or say have a great day when u leave. i was shocked u have to have a contract just to tan, and they make u pay a start up fee along with your package fee which is crazy. The only good thing is that there beds r really nice.

Have been a loyal customer for a couple of years and the facility is clean and the employees are friendly. However, I put my membership on save for the winter and upon returning discovered that my "tan dollars" that they were withdrawing each month from my account were no longer able to be used for my tanning fees. I could only use them for products which have a 100% markup. It would have been cheaper to cancel my membership and rejoin upon returning. Their prices are outragious and I don't appreciate the fact that the terms changed and loyal customers were not "grandfathered" in. They won't get my business again.
