They send you a letter if you miss an appointment that you child can’t be seen by that practice anymore. The letter says you get “3” letters I however got 1 on the first time. This place is to snooty for me. I recommend no one be treated that way. They won’t work with you either. Obviously this lack of empathy or compassion is why I wouldn’t want to have my children seen here anyway. I hope others follow.

this place is unbelievable. my 6 month old son (who was born 2 months premi) had to have a temp of 102 for 4 days before they even thought of helping him. dr ruston is a very good dr but he only there a 3rd of the time and is retiring soon. the other dr's act as if they do not care about the kids and make you wait forever (even if you have an appointment) and when you finally see the dr you are rushed to get out. if you have a sick child i do not recommend this dr's office at all if you actually care about your child.

This is the best Pediatrician office! I'm so thankful that I found Beaufort Pediatrics. I have seen three of the eight pediatricians in this office so far and they are all wonderful. They take their time, answer ALL of my questions, listen to my concerns and provide me detailed information. They even discuss other common concerns that most parents have. The doctors are knowledgeable, both from their studies but also from their personal experience as parents. I don't think I could trust a pediatrician who didn't have kids of their own. I never feel rushed and I'm confident that my little girl is in safe and competent hands. The office staff is friendly, the doctors (at least the three that I have seen) are AMAZING and the waiting room has plenty of toys to keep the kids entertained.



The only negative that some people might find with this office is occasionally you have to wait a while in the waiting room. But again, there are plenty of toys for the kids to play with. If I know that the doctors are taking their time with their patients and answering all the questions that parents have, I don't mind waiting in the lobby for an extra ten minutes.



There is an upstairs and downstairs entrance. The upstairs if for the sick kid appointments and the downstairs is for the well-check-ups. Additionally, they are open on Saturdays! This is very convenient if you have a concern and don't want to wait until Monday. I highly recommend Dr. William Martin, Kurt Ellenberger, and Kristin Dalton. I can't say enough good things about them...or this office.
