Perfection Auto Detailing

Run, don't walk! After reading glowing reviews online (which I now realize must have been written by the company, not customers), I took my car in for detailing. When I picked it up, the finish was ruined on parts of my dash. Paint gone, surface all scraped up. Floor mats gone. Owner replaced mats right away, said he can’t get workers to stop throwing away mats. Complained of his employees goof-ups in every conversation we had. Mentioned other irate customers were calling. Tried to argue my dash was already that way, then claimed finish was ruined because it had been previously repainted. I stood my ground because dash was fine and had been detailed many times with no problems. Almost 2 months later after constant follow-up by me, owner finally had the dash parts repainted. My dark brown dash parts are now BRIGHT SILVER. Owner tried to claim that silver was the correct color -- everything else in the car is dark brown. This business is a DISASTER. Stay away!

If you want it done right and to what their name says"Perfection" you go it right. I have been elsewhere but you get what you pay for and they have been around along time where other shops have long since been gone, that initself says plenty.
