ABC Roofing & Siding of Lake County

This company took my companies long time phone number some how from basic talk even though I was paid up and actively using the phone number. Basic talk did this to me without verifying with me first. My company name is Morrows Roofing. I have an A1 rating everywhere and now ABC Roofing is claiming I sold them my business and phone number. This company cant hold a candle to mine and as you can see by their reviews. do not call 847-662-9900 thinking you are getting Morrow's Roofing as they are claiming and the quality we produce. They are committing fraud by claiming this and I intend on contacting Lake counties District Attorneys office and have them brought up on fraud charges. Thank you Basic Talk for letting my number go you idiots.

We hired them to do a job for one of our homes, they called every week to ask for money saying that they could not make payroll. The work is that they did was terrible, in addition to that we were told by a neighbor that they used our back yard to dump their rubbish. When I called the so called business office the lady told me that was not possible and he work truck was in her driveway. Which we did find out to be untrue. We filed a police report about the rubbish, and have not heard from the company since. The house is still leaking and they were very very rude and unprofessional to us. They used profanity and yelled about me asking when the house will be fixed so it can be occupied. After a very uncomfortable heated discussion with one of the owners, he returned to the home with my husband to discuss the company returning to the home to live up to their end of the agreement and fix the issue. They agreed upon a date to give the rain time to stop, as of today we have not heard from any of the company representatives. We want others to know how poorly they treat their customers as well as how they fail to comply with their written contracts. Also there are some of the siding that is falling and they agreed to fix that when they returned as part of the warranty. The company is the most unprofessional company that I have ever used, I beg everyone to run the other direction, and DO NOT EVER THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY!!

In late March, I was quoted an estimate of $3,400 to have 2 sliding glass doors, 3 windows replaced and a picture glass window insulated. In order to remain compliant with my HOA the only requirement was that the color be brown. I was told by. (Tony, worker- who by the way loves to use racial slurs about black people) that he had 2 of the 3 windows on hand. Which turned out no to be the case. Not only were the wrong color windows and doors delivered, no one from the company should up when they were dropped off. I personally had to move them with the assistance of a legally blind man.

It's been nearly 3 months since the project began and the job is still not completed, I'm still issuing a sliding glass door and now am being fined daily by my HOA.

Daryl and Gorge are co owners and both continue to ignore my calls. The company will only provide insurance when asked because they do not have a current policy. If they begin jobs which require insurance, they start a new policy and cancel immediately.

I am a 20 plus year Active Duty Marine Officer and have every intention to ensure this company never again does business within the local area. My next course of action is to seek legal representation and also get them banned from being able to conduct business with military members.

This company and staff has been the absolute most unprofessional organization I've ever dealt with. Their lack of leadership, management, and lack of supervision (made 3 different crews work 2 windows at different times, all low tradesmen, and the work reflects).
