Baytown Brake and Muffler

I'm not going to get personal. I will state facts.

1. Got alignment here. Was told it was still pulling due to "dominant pull" of the tire (tire's fault).
2. Noticed terrible clunking and squeeking soon after getting my car back
3. Took to dealer thinking it was something else. Was told the tie rod ends were loose which is something that can be expected to be loosened when performing an alignment
4. Dealer aligned it again. No clunks. No squeeking. No PULL.

I will leave it up to the reader to draw conclusions.

If I had thought it was due to the alignment, I would have returned to this establishment and given them the chance to fix it. I've never in my life had an alignment where you had to return to get nuts tightened back up. Once I got it at the dealer I had to pay almost as much in inspection fees as the actual alignment itself so now I'm out $170 total for one alignment. Not to mention the possible extra wear on my front end parts from driving around, over bumps, with loose front end parts.

These guys were able to do 4 ball joints front brakes and an alignment on my 2002 f250 4x4 in the same day. Great work with quality parts. Thanks!!!

Fix my 04 Nissan maxima alignment issues with the rear tires Donny fixed it does not wear tires anymore. It had that problem for 2 years. Took to different places and couldnt get it fixed.
