        I ended up wasting the $125 paid for technician to come onsite and do the "quote" for AC installation. First, I wasn't able to get the quote for a few days afterwards despite I've already paid for having it prepared. Second, the technician didn't share any thoughts on installation - he came over, walked around for 5 minutes, and that cost me $125. Third, the price they quoted me afterwards was obscene (3 times the price of my AC unit).

        I was Glad that they were able to come out so quickly but didnt understand why i was being charged a fee just for having someone come out. I didnt have a problem with the work it was done well i just felt the additional fee was unfair

        I called Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors Inc for a clogged drain in my sink, this doesnt usually happen, and so I had no idea what was necessary to fix it. They took their time to explain how to prevent such problems in the future and charged a reasonable rate. They were very friendly and understanding.
