Promised high end work.. but unfortunately did not deliver on those expectations. Uses mostly sub-contractors and the quality of workmanship varied greatly. In many cases, our quality concerns were not addressed at all. Excuses made time after time.. most of the time would bring the same subs back in and only make it worse.. High price does not yield high quality work.. will promise one contractor & bring in another..



Seemed to forget who the paying customer is & was like a bill collector on steroids when it comes to payment. Should put same effort into customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.



Needless to say, we are very happy to have them out of our home as we now have many issues to correct or address ourselves. A HUGE disappointment & would NOT recommend or use again.
