Wny-Pelican Pointe Apts

AWFUL!! we moved in June 2014. nothing has been cleaned or replaced since before Katrina it seems. there was Katrina sludge in my cabinets!! electric bill was over $300 a month just for AC and we were NOT comfortable. neighbors had the same problems. building not up to code and only ONE repair was made (thermostat) after asking repeatedly for help. sinks falling off walls, drains eaten away with rust, dangerous!! we got struck by lightning and lost electronics but worse than that the wires in our apt were fried. lights would come on low then get brighter and brighter .. SCARY!! they didn't even come check .. NOTHING .. said they were not responsible for damages done by storm. they made reports or said they did for everything I needed to have fixed but the only thing they ever did was replace my thermostat .. OH and they gasket on the fridge which was gaping horribly (my food was spoiling). they did do that. DONE with that place.
