McCoy Heating & Cooling

I hired McCoy Heating & Cooling to replace my son's furnace. The worse experience I have ever had! Joe(sales rep) has no clue how to do his job! We started the project in Nov. 2012. Waited to hear when they would start the job. My son's old furnace quit working in Dec. I calked Joe and said they are busy! They sent over a portable heater for my son's 2 story house! For 2 weeks he went without heat! We bought him more heaters! Still nothing from Joe! He informed me that their crew was extremely busy with other customers! A lie! A worker told me they were doing a commercial job! I called Joe. They sent someone over to get his old one running until they could get to the replacement of his! When did they finish the job? I was told late Dec then 2nd week in Jan. By the end of Jan new furnace was installed. Then? Get this....Joe wanted the rest of the money! They didn't connect his a/c. I told Joe no more money until the job is complete! He is a jerk and I will never deal with McCoys again! The job was finally completed my the end of April!
