Dependable Septic Service

My septic was backing up on a Saturday. Called them they came right out and fixed it, and did a great Job! Highly Recommeded! AAA++++++++

Needed my bathroom sink unplugged. The lady said they could be here in 2 to 3 hrs. I live 45min.from Bay City. They were here in 20min.were in the area. Brad was great fixed problem price was great.Recommend them %100. Linda

My husband called yesterday and Dawn said they would be able to come today and they would call back with time. Today I called and left a message to please call and let me know what time. At about noon I called again and spoke to Elaina who told me that the plumber was not working so they would not be coming, but that the plumber said to get a new water heater. My husband told them the gas company said it could be a thermal coupler. This is Christmas weekend, very rude not to call when they knew they were not going to come and how would the plumber know what was needed without coming to check it out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!! If you want EXCELLENT service call Ed at Reliable Plumbing.

Good morning, I just wanted everyone to know that we called Dependable shortly before 10 pm on a Saturday night, the technician, Derrick arrived before 10:30, was extremely professional, clean, courteous, and fast, he cleaned up the mess, explained preventative measures for future issues. I would/will recommend this business to everyone, and I will tell them to ask for Derrick, thank you so much.

Very few businesses will make a service call on a Sunday and charge you regular rates (which were very affordable) They showed up quickly, fixed our sewer line blockage in less than a half hour, tested everything, cleaned up, and then even took the time to educate us on preventive maintenance. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use them again.

They went beyond expectations to get my boiler up and running within hours. I even at 9pm on Super Bowl Sunday I got remote/face time support

If you live outside the MBS area DON'T call this business. They say that they have a flat rate, but their "flat" rate is based on where you live. They say that they don't charge for mileage BUT basically that's what their flat rate covers. Two hours to get to Roscommon and $250 is a bit ridiculous. Their ad states that they service the Roscommon area. CALL A LOCAL PLUMBER.

I have worked with Dependable Sewer many times since purchasing my house. They have always been a tremendous help with unclogging drain lines, removing roots from drain lines, and installing a clean-out and cleaning out the drain tiles.



Today was another great example. My kitchen sink was backing up into my bathtub (it was gross!). Thomas came out to take care of the problem and he made sure all of the lines that were plugged were clear before he considered the job complete. He was very informative about do's and don'ts of plugged drain lines and he even took the time to show me how properly plunge a tub, which is something I that will help me in future. The service was prompt and thorough, from diagnosis to clean-up.

Called on a Sunday afternoon they told me they could make it out . Called at about 7:30pm had emergency with water main break. Ok benefit of the doubt, had huge window from 11:30-1:30 next day that I was open didn't hear from them, called and said we don't have you down until after 5pm be there within the hour, 3 hrs later nothing. Called still can't tell me when they are coming. Been with out water in the kitchen for now 2 days. I have a young child in the house. Used you once it was fine. But after this I will never be calling you again!!

I was extremely pleased with Dependable. The rep who answered my call was very courteous. The technician, Jameson, was highly knowledgeable and also was very professional and polite. He worked alone and fixed the problem in no time at all. He then explained the problem to me and offered preventative measures. If I'm ever in this situation again, they are the ONLY business that I will call, and I recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

I called Dependable Sewer Cleaners around 11 pm on a Sunday night with a serious drainage problem in our basement. The service staff set us up with the service technician Jameson. He came right away, identified the problem within a minute or two, and fixed the problem within 20 to 30 minutes. Furthermore, he had a great attitude, superior workmanship and knowledge, and he took the time to explain the problem to me and preventative measures I could take in the future. I also liked the fact that they didn’t charge us anymore than normal, because it was a weekend call very late at night. I would highly recommend Dependable Sewer Cleaners to any of my family and friends. They are very helpful all the way from there service staff to there technicians.

Dependable Sewer sent Josh Tift out to fix our leaky sink. He came into our place of work with professionalism and great communication. Very polite, explained the problem and fixed it in no time. We will be using dependable sewer again and asking for Josh!

I would recommend dependable sewer cleaners to everyone the service techs are very friendly, they get in and out and get the job done, they even left the place cleaner than it was when they have arrived. I am very satisfied with their work and I will definitely call them back again!

Very poor communication. Technician scolded the homeowner for not communicating with the office. Very poor equipment, service and satisfaction sucks. I would not recommend this company to a friend,,,, or an enemy for that matter.



Go to the competitors, cheaper rates, better service. The competitors DO stand by their work and their word.

Absolutely do not contact them. They are like bulls in a china shop, and do not clean up anything when they're done. I'm still cleaning shtuff off of the floor and walls of the room that they worked in 3 months ago. The guy also broke an expensive piece of glass in the same room that he was working in, and denied it totally, kept calling me telling me that he would take a lie detector test, etc. and their insurance company denied payment on the glass because I didn't have 'proof' that he broke it.

I tell you that these workers here get right on your problem. If you have anykind of sewer problem be it a backed up toilet they will come and do it for you.
