Please note that if I could leave Bay Auto Care 10+ Stars, I would! I'm from Georgia, and finding this place was such a blessing for me and my family while being stranded in Michigan during the long Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. We had serious car issues that made it unsafe to drive nearly 12 hours back to Georgia. After calling around & getting turned down by several shops who would not see my car, due to being booked out or unavailable, I found this shop.

They told me that they would check my car out immediately after I called them. They were very thorough explaining everything, very reasonable pricing, & had us back on the road to GA before they closed the same day. We made it back to GA safely without any issues, thanks to Bay Auto Care. I trust this business very much & would recommend them to anyone.

i was having problems with my a/c unit in my dodge ram and was having trouble getting a shop to look at it,my wife suggested this place she used several yrs ago.called bay auto care. she praised the people there so i stopped in there and talked with kevin and he got me in 2 days later. they found the problem and fixed it and made sure everything else was working,and i had my truck back by the time i got out of work.i got a fair repair price and i cannot be more thankful.give them a try, you wont regret it.great people there. thank you kevin,janet and jacob for following up on my truck a few days later.
