Mercy Hospital-Clermont

Went in barely able to walk with a back injury, the nurse practitioner Bridget looked at me as if I was lying when describing my symptoms. No x-ray no CT scan, just advice to make an appointment with another doctor. Which by the way she had another nurse tell me cause her shift ended and she went home. Was later diagnosed with a ruptured disc at Mercy Anderson, where they actually treated me respectfully and appropriately.

The staff is rude and very disrespectful they left me in a room for 2to 3 hours with fluid going into a IV and it was gone my blood was going up the drain line and they acted like it was OK that they didn't check on me and basically told me I was not important never again will I go to this hospital

rude nurses, no compassion, not helpful, incorrect information given, no resources given. Dis satisfied.

This hospital is absolutely filthy inside and out. The parking lots have trash everywhere. The outside garbage cans are always overflowing with trash. The general appearance is horrible. For the times I have been there when leaving at night, the parking lot lights didn't even work. I guess they don't even have maintenance men that work there to fix things. Always bathrooms outhe of service. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone I know.

I am grateful to Clermont Mercy Hospital and Dr.Tinker and the nurses there for stablizing my son when he was in a serious car accident. Their fast response and caring manner made all the difference with my son living or dying! Being in the healthcare field myself, I know that there are some things that patients and their families don't understand, like there could be more critical patients that the docs have to attend to first. Please respect healthcare workers and try to be considerate to their work environment. And know that they are not ignoring you, but they are doing all that they can to take care of you.
