A lot of times when I used to go to other auto parts shops, it seemed as though they were more interested in making a sale than they were in making my car run correctly. I know for a fact I have saved hundreds in the last month or so by choosing Thompsons because of over opposing shops' overpriced/misleading needs for parts.

As a "do-it-yourself" I can admit that I do not know what I'm doing when it comes to my car, but I can't afford to take my car somewhere to get it fixed. The staff here if friendly and always helpful. Most importantly, these guys and gals are knowledgeable and you can tell they have been in the industry for a long time.

I have been a patron of Thompson Auto Supply for over 15 years. Everytime I have gone in, they have taken the time to ask the right questions to insure I am getting the correct part. The trained countermen are both knowledgable and friendly, I love receiving personal attention and fast service.

I can always count on thompson auto for getting me the right auto parts for my car as well as other family members. I send my college aged son and daughter there to get the correct windshield wipers for their cars so I'll always know they'll be driving safe during inclement weather all year round. I also know the parts are genuine and are going to last a long time. Driving defensively is important and having a clear view all the time is doubly important....thanks thompson!

Okay, so I'm just back at my desk after going to Thompson's to order a rebuilt Power Steering Pump. But before I spend 130.00 on a special order, I ask Ed behind the counter to come listen to it and give me his opinion as to whether it sounds like the bearings are shot or the belts just need adjustment. He checks it out and we both agree, its probably just the belt because he explains that the squealing would be constant if the bearings were shot. So I thank him, Ed smiles, clearly glad to help, and I leave without buying a thing. Now that's SERVICE!! I'll be going to Thompson's for anything i need for my cars (and we have three) in the future.

On my most recent trip to Thompson Auto Supply( and I assure you, there have been many!), I was having trouble locating a certain part for a vehicle I was working on. The countermen combined each other's individual knowledge to help locate the part I was in need of. I was told by other parts places that this was only available through the dealer. The search took quite a bit of time and effort but I never once felt as if I was troubling the guys or never felt that they were trying to rush me. After not giving up, we finally located the part and had it ordered, which I recieved the very next day at 8 in the morning! They treated my under 20 dollar sale as if it were a 200 hundred dollar sale. I will go no where else for quality and dedication. Thanks guys!!

Have used this parts store several times. Each and every time the service has been excellent. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable and always able to help trouble shoot and give helpful tips. They beat the chain stores in quality and service every time.

Below zero windchill and I just wanted to purchase the latest and greatest wiper blades the week of January 12th. They insisted on installing them even when told that I would do it on a warmer day. They would not let me leave the store until they installed the blades. Plus, they filled the washer reservoir with a below zero fluid. I will be putting those blades on all my autos because they work great. The customer definitely comes first at Thompson Auto.

Thompson Auto saved me from having to buy a new transmission!! I recently had an older car checked out by a auto mechanic and he told me that the transmission had to be replaced for an amount that was more than what the car was worth. ###I went to Thompson Auto to buy a can of transmission additive to extend the life of the car a little longer. After I explained the symptoms to the counter person he thought it may be just a solenoid part. He recommended a local transmission shop to get it tested at and even gave me the phone number.###I called the trans place...they tested the car and identified the symptom as normal wear and tear for a car that age. He also told me that I should still carry my cell phone with me while driving. OK I figured...good enough for me!######Not only did Thompson save me money but I also got peace of mind by going there first.

On a cold and windy day the guys at Thompson Auto Supply installed wiper blades on my vehicle. They did not have to do this and wouldn't take a dime for it. Thanks guys
