        excellent, friendly service

        i own a cleaning business and i have been going to banks vacuum in bartonsville for 15 years for all of my parts and service. i always am very pleased with how quick i get my vacuums back (normally about a day). they always have what i need, i would not go anywhere else

        Would NOT recommend doing business here

        I had a clog in my month-old vacuum and took it in to be cleared. When I got the bill, it was $49, just about the cost of the vacuum, and they charged me for a new belt when it was practically brand new. I really feel it was a rip off.
