Friendly service and a credit resolution department that will work with you in any way possible to get your account up to date
Not willing to work with their customers to come to a satisfactory compromise. They made a mistake on my loan and demanded i correct it for them! But will not work with customer to correct their mistake.
Terrible customer service in Springdale. Maybe a training session for the staff would help.
Worst customer service i've ever had and that's why I took my money else ware.
