Initial floor replacement was done in May and it is now December and we are still waiting on the floor to be fixed. Installation was done incorrectly and the laminate began pulling from the wall and bubbling up. They "fixed" it, just for it to happen again within days. Took weeks and lots of perseverance on our part to get them to "replace" it...which it was not actually replaced or redone and it still looks awful. Nobody will return our calls or come back out to fix it once and for all. Awful customer service and workmanship.
Tolliver's Flooring in Fort Smith is awesome. The guys are very knowledgeable about flooring and are courteous.They clean up when done and the prices are great!!!! Excellent Flooring Contractors.Definitely worth calling.
They personell were great! They did the job I asked fabulously and super fast. They did an excellent clean up afterwards.
